Rachel White, Nurse Practitioner/Owner
Rachel Livesey, MSN, NP, has worked in the medical field since the early 2000s and became a board-certified Nurse Practitioner in 2020 after earning her Master’s degree. She continues to work full-time in critical care, specializing in cardiothoracic surgery, where she assists with complex heart procedures and cares for patients with heart and lung conditions.
Through her years of experience, Rachel has seen how obesity, high cholesterol, smoking, and other lifestyle factors directly affect long-term health. This inspired her to create Pure Brilliant Aesthetics and Wellness to help people improve their health, achieve their weight loss and wellness goals, and prevent serious illness before it starts.
Now offering care through a fully virtual telehealth model, Rachel is committed to supporting patients in living healthier, more confident lives. She believes in working in partnership with each patient and celebrating every step of progress along the way.
Lale Serrato, GM/Marketing
Lale Serrato, the general manager behind the success of Pure Brilliant Aesthetics, she has established herself as a true backbone of the organization. With a distinguished background as a paralegal, her journey into the beautifully complex world of aesthetics is a testament to her versatility and unwavering passion for helping others.
She transitioned into the role of a patient coordinator and manager, overseeing various marketing initiatives for an esteemed aesthetics clinic. It was during this period that she discovered her innate ability to seamlessly blend her exceptional organizational skills with her genuine love for connecting with individuals.
In 2023, Lale joined Pure Brilliant Aesthetics and has quickly become a driving force, where she has masterfully curated an environment that effortlessly aligns art and science. As the general manager, she works diligently to ensure the smooth operation of the clinic on a day-to-day basis. She skillfully manages a multitude of administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, coordinating with medical staff, and ensuring the highest level of patient care.
Lale is well-known within the organization for her unparalleled commitment to excellence. Her unyielding dedication to both the patients and the clinic as a whole has established her as an invaluable asset. With a warm and compassionate demeanor, she confidently guides patients through their aesthetic and wellness journeys, ensuring their comfort and ease from the moment they walk through Pure Brilliant Aesthetics' doors.
In addition to her administrative responsibilities, Lale remains actively involved in marketing strategies, understanding the importance of showcasing the exceptional services offered at Pure Brilliant Aesthetics to a wider audience. Her innate talent for creating captivating campaigns and the ability to connect with potential clients has been instrumental in growing the clinic's reputation and clientele. Jessica Gardner-Registered Dietician
Jessi Gardner, a dedicated Registered Dietician, wife, and mother of two lovely children. With a passion for nutrition and a wealth of experience, Jessi is a valuable addition to the Pure Brilliant Aesthetics and Wellness team.
Jessi's journey in the world of nutrition began with her graduation from Sam Houston State University in 2011, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Nutrition. Her dedication to healthcare administration led her to pursue a Master of Science degree in 2016 from the University of Texas at Rio Grande Valley.
She achieved the esteemed status of a Registered Dietician after successfully completing 1,200 hours of supervised practice through the Keith and Associates Distance Dietetic Internship in 2018. Jessi proudly holds registrations with the Commission of Dietetic Registration and is a licensed dietitian in both Texas and Louisiana. Additionally, she possesses a certificate of training in overweight and obesity for pediatrics and adults.
Jessi Gardner boasts a wealth of experience in various facets of nutrition therapy. Her specialization includes pre and post-bariatric surgery medical nutrition therapy and renal nutrition therapy. Since 2019, she has been diligently providing personalized one-on-one nutrition counseling services to clients with diverse needs.
Her areas of expertise encompass weight management, oncology nutrition, diabetes education, renal education, cardiac diet education, nutrition therapy for PCOS, addressing gastrointestinal issues, and promoting intuitive eating and meal planning.
Brett Owen, RN, BSN
Brett Owen, RN, BSN is a dedicated registered nurse from Katy, Texas. With a bachelor's degree in nursing from Texas Tech University in Lubbock, TX, Brett has amassed over three years of experience in the healthcare industry. After leaving behind the rugged charm of West Texas, she has made her way back to the vibrant Houston area.
Brett's passion for helping others extends beyond her profession. In her spare time, she finds solace in the beauty of nature, enjoys attending exhilarating concerts, and cherishes the company of her adorable fur babies.
